Fee Charges

Our fees are fixed, non-negotiable, and subject to change without notice. The fees are clearly listed upon ticket creation. We are not responsible for any external fees, including sending, receiving, or conversion fees. The fees listed in our channels apply only to our services and do not include these additional charges. If you need to change the ticket amount, make a new ticket and inform the exchanger.

Charge Back

Attempting to charge back funds, including contacting the payment app to reverse the transaction, or attempting to lock our account will result in no refund and forfeiture of the funds. Any transactions made through DMs will invalidate your refund. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket has not been claimed by staff or if payment is sent before receiving confirmation.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for any wallets or accounts, whether yours or ours, being limited, frozen, hacked, or terminated. You also acknowledge that our accounts may be newly created and/or have little to no transaction history. By sending money to us, you accept the full risk associated with it. Though, once we send the money, our responsibility ends. Any issues or complications after the transfer are not our concern.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, unless otherwise determined by us. Once funds are sent, you must wait to receive the promised payment. In the scenario where we are deemed liable, refund processes may take up to nine months to process if approved by an Owner.

Other

We do not guarantee any uptime or guarantee of any service(s). Please note that we do not promise any sort of time for a reply needed by an executive. Always save the Deal-ID once you've made an exchange request as we do not provide support without it. You are not allowed to dm an exchanger for any reason whatsoever.

Decisions made by Owners and above are final and unquestionable. They may override these terms or address matters, the above terms are not to be followed by Admins.
